All images remain the property of Ian Nicholson Photography until paid for in full.

Where a discount for multiple images has been agreed upon, then no invoice shall be submitted until all images have been sent to the purchaser.  If it is deemed that a reasonable time has passed and the remaining images have not been requested to make up the discount, then the original images will be charged at their original price.

All images shall be supplied on CD if requested.  No image may be resold by the purchaser, even if purchased as exclusive rights.

I withhold the right to withdraw from a sale if I believe my images will be used incorrectly, I also reserve the right to cancel the images if used in any harmful way.

I shall not be held liable for any loss arising whatsoever from any photographic shoot.
